Okay, well all the stuff I wanted to do in December didn't happen. I'm terrible to sticking to things I plan on doing which is why I normally don't plan out anything. Because I somehow manage to get sidetracked one way or anther and Pokemon White is the culprit this time.  And the fact that I'm still working on my freelance stuff which is almost finished. Just have to make some changes to some of the drawings and hopefully I'll be done with it all by the end of this week. So I can get my mind on other things.

I know I just said that I don't stick to plans that I make out but I thought of something that would be fun and beneficial to my art to do this year. I decided that every month or so I will give myself an challenge. It will be things I haven't done in a while, haven't done at all, or things that I've wanted to start but never did. This will include an attempt to start drawing out pages for The Eerie Project. Emphasis on attempt because over the past few years I've found it quite difficult to find the motivation to get back into it again and I don't know if this year will be any different. Telling myself that it will be great comic making practice, because it will, may help me get back into the T.E.P. mood though. We'll have to see on that one. Other art challenge ideas I have in mind are watercolor painting, a full digital art piece (most likely be a fake screenshot), an animation (nothing too crazy, probably just something simple like a walk cycle or an expression.), a realism portrait done in color, a doll ( something like this [link]), finishing a project that's already been started, and other things.

Once I figure out what I want to do I'll probably update this journal with a list and keep track of the progress.
